For Being a Great Patient!

Here at Dr. Wooley's office we have a fun program to help our special patients in reaching their treatment goals. The care of your teeth with braces or appliances is very important during your orthodontic treatment. We want to reward you for doing your part! The TOKEN PROGRAM is our way of adding fun and excitement to your orthodontic treatment.

If you brush regularly, use fluoride every day, floss each night and don't break your braces, we will give you valuable TOKENS that you can use to get gift certificates. These gift certificates can be used at such great places as Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Baskin-Robins, McDonald's, Fred Meyer and Toys-R-Us.

How does the program work?

The number of tokens you earn depends on how well you do with your home care. You can earn up to 4 tokens per visit! (3 for Expander or Herbst appliances). So, brush those teeth, use that fluoride, floss every day and be kind to your braces!

NUMBER OF TOKENS POSSIBLE AT EACH VISIT

Your toothbrushing and oral hygiene are graded good	1
Your toothbrushing and oral hygiene are graded good or better	2
Your toothbrushing/oral hygiene are SUPER	3
You wear your Dr. Wooley T-shirt or bring your gift	4

If we forget to give you the tokens you deserve, be sure to ask for them before you leave!
